At BEAR Land Services we scout, route, acquire, manage survey and create ground disturbance packages for right of way projects within the municipal, communication and energy sectors in Western Canada. Our background in pipeline integrity, construction and facility management allows us to begin your project with the end in mind. We’ve managed projects from the initial scouting through to backfill and final release. Our hands-on experience throughout the right of way process allows us to offer an enhanced, action oriented land approach that works directly with engineering, drafting, surveying, drilling, locating, excavating, environment and land owners. We deliver a comprehensive package that not only saves time and opens critical points of communication throughout the project, but allowing all stakeholders to have a strong sense of a project’s inputs and expected outcomes. Our approach is designed to anticipate landowner, environmental or third party issues that may occur long before field crews begin working in the right of way. We enjoy getting to know landowners and ensure they have a full understanding of right of way development. We work hard to communicate our client’s desire to build a positive relationship through the responsible use of land and resources.
